Country Club Manor is convenient to downtown St. Paul, has a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, wonderful golf course views, and much more. The elegant party room has a 50" plasma HDTV. There is also a computer connected to broadband, free for any resident to use.

Do you like to exercise daily? Our exercise machines overlook the indoor pool with a view to the golf course just outside. After exercising, perhaps taking a dip in the pool will suit you.

Or, in the summer, a stroll around the beautifully landscaped grounds or even a round of tennis next door might be in order. In the winter, our spa or hot tub might feel especially good, or, in winter, the outdoor skating rink next door in Southview Park might be just the thing for those energetic grandchildren.

Can you imagine swimming in 87 degree water while it's 10 below zero just on the other side of the insulated glass?

Smoking Policy: Some units are in "No-Smoking" wings and thus will only be rented to non-smokers. In other wings, smokers are totally welcome. In any case, the common areas are designated non-smoking.
